DESCRIPTION
IMEM electric transformers substation type can be applied to distribution systems such as internal substations or external, shopping malls, and several loads.

This transformer is commonly used in office buildings, factories, warehouses, direct coupling to boards, etc.

Manufactured from 225 kVa to 500 kVa, and a great variety of high and under voltage connections, always considering the specifications.

Considering all the accessories and different arrangements, the soaking period can be adjusted to your needs. Substation type transformers are designed to comply with international standards specifications.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Column type transformers cores are built with M3-MOH grain oriented silicon steel sheet that has been heat CARLITE ™ treated; 3 leg-core with a 45º cut and or armored 5 legs; 0.23mm., 0.009-inch, high magnetic permeability with insulation coat to resist 820ºC temperature.

HV coils are built with electric conductors coated with class 150ºC varnish and under voltage coils with very low resistance electrolytic copper or aluminum, covered with electrostatic dust baked-on 180ºC epoxy and/or paper coat to endure the oil exposition and avoiding deterioration of their properties.

The coil insulations used are class 120ºC made of kraft paper coated with epoxy resin in a rhombus shape on both sides, insulation cardboard, and crepe paper.

NYNAS is the type of naphthenic oil obtained from the crude oil fractional distillation, prepared and refined for its use in high voltage electrical equipment.

Upon request, any type of dielectric insulation liquid R-TEMP, SILICONE, nonflammable.
