8 DELIVERY OF IMEM EQUIPMENT
8.1 For the equipment to be released from the plant, payment of 100% of the total price of the IMEM transformer must be covered.
8.2 When the price of the transformer is covered 100% in a single payment, the freight is borne by IMEM to any part of the Mexican Republic.
8.3 In the event that payment is made in more than one payment, the freight is the responsibility of the client.
8.4 All shipments are made in the office.
8.5 All deliveries are free of maneuvers.
8.6 The equipment at the time of delivery must be accompanied by its installation, operation, maintenance manual, laboratory test sheet and the shipment (in case it is sent by own transportation).
8.7 The transformer must carry a release label for the laboratory, one for surveillance, production (traceability) and a quality part.
8.8 When the client has received his equipment, he must sign the shipment (if it is sent by own transport) or the receipt of the equipment (if it is by parcel).
