SUBMERSIBLE TYPE
DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE
They are manufactured to run at a 1,000 or 23000 m a. s. l., with a 55°C over-rising temperature, at an ambient temperature in the vault that does not exceed 50°C, and an average temperature in a 24 hour period, that does not exceed 40°C, according to the client’s specifications.
They are constructed with silicon steel grain oriented armored cores and high magnetic permeability, manufactured in unicore machines to obtain fewer vacuum losses. HV/UV coils are manufactured with low resistance electrolytic copper and/or aluminum conductors in several insulation types according to your needs.
The tanks are built with carbon steel or stainless-steel sheets, as required, and subjected to a white metal shot blasting cleaning process, an application of a rich in zinc primer, anti-rust epoxy, and a high resistance polyurethane finish. The insulating liquid is naphthenic type polychlorinated biphenyl free (NMX-J-123-ANCE).
INSTALLATION
